Can it be?

I cannot believe that I'm heading into my fifth year of teaching. Have I really been out of college for four years? And I'll have another degree under my belt spring 2011. I guess that's the over-achiever in me. Maybe I'll go for a Masters...just not sure yet. Most programs want you to student teach. Can't do that since I'm already a teacher. I wonder who the genius was who thought that up...Teachers, get a Masters degree in education...after you complete all your studies AND student teach for 6 weeks during the school year. I think that's the only thing holding me back right now (well, except the money thing, too). I guess I like the practical experience better. I learn quite a bit from my colleagues.

School starts in a couple weeks. Where did the summer go? Oh, yeah. I worked all summer.
