What I haven't shared on here!

Wow, I did not share any wedding pictures here. So I am remedying that.

Great Little Tool

I've been making buckeyes at Christmastime for a few years now. One of the things that frustrates me most is keeping the chocolate melted without burning it. Then I read about using a crock pot.  My mother-in-law has the cutest one! Crock Pot's Little Dipper. Neatest little tool out there just right for the job! I think a fondue pot would work just as well.

12.12.12

Have you ever stopped to consider how God has brought all things together in your life. I mean, there are so many intricate details that we cannot possibly orchestrate on our own.

God brings us to where He wants us, then we choose whether or not to follow His leading.

I cannot fathom that a year ago I was single with no prospects on the horizon and then fast forward to today, I've been married for 3 1/2 months. I was pretty much ready to be an old school marm for the rest of my life.  Little did I know that when I met Cameron via eHarmony in March, we'd be married by August.

Life is good. I could not have dreamed of a more accepting  family to marry into. They were so loving from the start. I really enjoyed helping his mom prepare the Thanksgiving meal this year. We are fortunate that we live so close to visit so often. His dad even asked me to make buckeyes and Oreo balls for their company Christmas parties (which I've already made).

(Is your mouth watering yet?)

I am thankful each day for what God has done in my life. Thanksgiving goes beyond one day a year in November. I am to give thanks in all things.
